ENBD Head Quarter

The objective of the project is to refurbish the existing outdoor podium of the Emirates NBD HQ into a pleasant gathering area with a pre-function area that overlooks the beautiful Dubai Creek.

The design proposal suggests the dressing of the existing finishes with resilient materials that can sustain humidity, salt water and heat.  Attention is given to complement the tower by transforming the podium into an extension of the building’s monumental architecture.
