DESiGN DESiGN is the essence of years of professional practice experienced by a multi-national team. The completed projects include state of the art offices, hotels, lounges, banks, educational institutes, restaurants and coffee shops, retail spaces, and prominent residential villas.

DESiGN DESiGN was established on December 24th, 1998 to provide professional interior design consulting and contracting services inclusive of turnkey projects and is validly registered with the Dubai Economic Department for the provision of interior design services.

Definitions

“Design Design”, “Us”, “Our” or “We “means the service provided by Design Design and/or any of their authorized associates, subsidiaries, parent, trading names, officers, directors, agents or employees.

“You”, “User(s)” or “Your” means the person, individual, party, user or entity (either in singular or plural), as applicable, who attempts to or uses the Website.

“Law” the legal system set out as per applicable law in the Emirates of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

“Client” or “Clients” means the person, individual, party, or entity (either in singular or plural) who attempts to Use or Uses the website to search for information about Design Design and may utilize the features available to request for a quote.

“Service” or “Services” means any design, contracting, quantity surveying, detailing or project management works undertaken by Design Design to potential or confirmed clients.

“Agreement” means the terms and conditions as listed herein governing the Use of the Website including the ‘Privacy Policy’ and ‘Cookies Policy’.

General

You acknowledge, undertake and agree that the “Terms and Conditions” together with the “Privacy Policy” as listed therein constitute the exclusive and complete agreement (between you and Design Design pertaining to your use of the Website.

The aforesaid “Terms & Conditions” in addition to the “Privacy Policy” is the basis of and governs all communications and relations until a formal agreement is signed between Design Design and You.

If any provision, paragraph or sentence of this agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then this provision, paragraph or sentence should not affect or impair the other terms, provisions, paragraphs or clauses of this agreement.

Any waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement by Design Design shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default and shall in no way affect other provisions of this agreement.

Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between us.

By browsing the Website, you undertake not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

If any dispute arises in connection with the use of the Website, and if such dispute is not settled amicably between the User and Design Design by mutual cooperation in good faith within a period of 30 calendar days from the date of first request for an amicable resolution, then such dispute shall be referred to and settled finally and conclusively in Dubai Courts, UAE.
